On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, Epic Theatres in Clermont or Mount Dora is showing Spider-Man: Across the Spiderverse beginning at 10:00 am for $1 per person. Each week will feature a different movie.
It's Wacky Water Wednesday in Groveland at the Lake David Park Splash Pad from 11 am - 1 pm on Wednesday, June 5, 2024. Enjoy inflatable water slides, fun activities, and free ice cream!
On Friday, June 7, 2024, at 11 am, a wrangler will bring some "special friends" to Minneola for a kid-friendly presentation by Gatorland Orlando. Learn about reptiles and get to pet a gator!
Also on Friday, June 7, 2024, you can see a presentation by Gatorland Orlando in Eustis at 11 am and 12:15 pm. Bring your camera!
On Saturday, June 8, 2024, beginning at 8:30 pm, it's Movie Night in Minneola! The movie for this month is Disney's Wish and admission is free. Food will be available for purchase, cash only.
From June 10 - June 14, 2024, kids ages 7-14 can attend a week-long Summer Camp at the Big House in Tavares. Activities include pickleball, basketball, volleyball, kickball, dodgeball, board games, arts & crafts, and more. 5 days of camp is $125 per child. Be sure to register in advance.
Teens ages 13-18 might enjoy Thrive Clermont's Summer PopUps on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, from 5:30 - 8:30 pm. Admission is $10.25 and it includes a selected activity plus food. Choices include arts & crafts activities, meditation, photography, a scavenger hunt, trail skating, open recreation & games, crime scene investigation basics, and more! Be sure to register and purchase tickets in advance.

If you need to cool off, Clermont Champions Splash Park may be just what you need. Admission is $2 per person, and children must always be supervised. It's open daily from 10 am - 6 pm Monday - Thursday and 10 am - 5 pm Friday - Sunday.
If you prefer to take the family to a pool, the HO Dabney Leesburg Aquatic Center is $2 per person. Open swimming is on weekdays from 12 noon - 5 pm and weekends from 11:30 am - 6:00 pm.
Take the family to see nature on the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive! This one-way drive through wetlands on a hard-packed, dirt road will let you view birds, gators, mammals, reptiles, and amphibians.
