Should something happen that causes me to need to terminate the lease early, what would be my options and anticipated costs?
What changes can I make to the home?
What are the procedures for moving in and moving out?
What does it take for me to be approved as a renter?
What is the application process?
Are there any fees that I need to pay up front that are non-refundable?
Is renters insurance required?
By asking these questions before you sign a lease, you are setting yourself up for a smoother relationship between you as the renter and your landlord.
